Pre Sale Questions
Yes, all ceramic products are handmade. If they are not handmade, we will introduce it in the product details.
It usually takes us 3 working days to produce the product, and transportation usually takes 7-15 working days, depending on the distance. Of course, sometimes the package may be delayed due to customs inspection.
Our products are all made by craftsmen with at least 3 years of experience in ceramic production and generally do not have major defects.

After Sale Questions
Hello friend, since we cannot stop the logistics during the transportation process, you can submit an application to us after receiving the goods. We will provide an address after review and you can return the goods according to the address.
When the parcel is delivered, it is not necessarily delivered in person, the parcel may be placed at the door, mailbox, reception desk and other places by the courier, you can try to find it, if you can't find it, please contact our customer service.
Please contact our customer service, we will send a new replacement parcel within 1-2 working days after verifying the parcel information.
